The provenance
We process the hardware ourselves.
NanoSoft Corporation Ltd collects end-of-life IT assets from enterprise clients across the UK, typically entire fleet refreshes from companies upgrading to new hardware. We collect it ourselves, so nothing reaches the shelf from a source we cannot name.
Our technicians assess, clean, test, and grade every unit before it reaches the storefront. We know where each device came from, and every storage drive is securely wiped before resale.
What meets our grade standards goes on sale here. What does not gets responsibly recycled or destroyed. We do not ship compromised hardware.
Tested before it ships
Every unit is functionally tested across its hardware, then graded against a public rubric, before it is listed for sale.

Every storage drive is securely erased before resale, so your device starts genuinely clean.
UK warehouse, no middlemen
Our warehouse is in the UK. Stock is not drop-shipped from overseas. Orders placed before 2pm ship the same business day. Returns come back to us, not a third-party returns centre.
Responsible end-of-life
Hardware that does not pass our grade standards goes to WEEE-compliant recycling, not a landfill or re-entry into the secondary market under misleading grades.
Grading
No grading theatre.
Every unit is graded by our technicians against a public rubric: four grades (MFR, A, B, C), each with defined cosmetic and functional criteria, warranty length, and honest photography. You can read the full rubric before you buy.
We photograph defects up close, not just the clean side. Grade B and C units show what the wear looks like. If the photos do not match what you receive, that is a legitimate return.
Warranty
Real warranties, not stickers.
MFR / Grade A
12 months
Full parts and labour. Manufacturer-certified and near-mint units get our longest cover.
Grade B
6 months
Light cosmetic wear, fully functional. Six months covers any latent hardware issues.
Grade C
6 months
Visible wear, still 100% functional. Same six-month cover. We do not grade below C.
Warranty claims are handled directly by our UK team. Get in touch with your order number and we will sort it out.
