Warranty cover
Every item we sell is covered by a warranty. The exact warranty period is shown on each product page (for example 1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and runs from the date you receive the item.
The warranty covers hardware faults arising from normal use. It does not cover:
- Accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorised repair or modification.
- Consumable wear, including battery capacity, which is normal on refurbished equipment.
- Software issues unrelated to the hardware.
Your statutory rights
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Refurbished goods must still be of satisfactory quality, as described, and fit for purpose.
Making a claim
Email support@lodestock.com with your order number and a description (and photos, if helpful) of the fault. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. Please back up your data first.
