Our status: we are the seller
Everything listed on this site is our own stock. When you buy, your contract is with NanoSoft Corporation Limited. We are not an intermediary, an agent for anyone else, or a marketplace hosting third-party sellers, so there is no question about who is responsible if something goes wrong: we are.
If that ever changes and third parties list alongside us, this page will say so plainly, each listing will name its seller, and separate seller terms will be published.
VAT
We are registered for VAT. Our VAT number is GB 975 9138 66, and it appears in the footer of every page. Prices shown on the site are the total you pay, with any VAT due already included.

Waste electrical equipment (WEEE)
Refurbishing and reselling equipment keeps it in use, which is the best environmental outcome available for a working device. Where a device cannot be economically repaired we pass it to a licensed waste carrier for recycling rather than disposing of it ourselves.
If you are replacing an item with a like-for-like purchase from us, contact us about taking the old one back.

We do not hold ISO certifications, ITAD accreditations or data-destruction certifications, and we do not claim any. What we do is described plainly on our promise page.
