Every unit is bench-tested against a public 12-point rubric, cleaned and graded before it is ever listed. No guesswork, no surprises.
One accountable UK company
We sell our own stock and we let approved trade refurbishers sell alongside us, which is not the same as a marketplace of strangers. Every seller is checked before they list, and whoever you buy from there is one warranty and one returns desk.
You buy, we back it
A 6 to 12 month warranty by grade, a 14-day right to cancel, and your full statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If it does not match the listing, we cover the return.
Better for the planet
Choosing refurbished keeps working hardware out of landfill and avoids the carbon cost of manufacturing new. Good kit, kept in use.

Every unit is bench-tested end to end. Where it makes the machine genuinely better, we upgrade the memory and swap in a healthy SSD, then clean it inside and out. Weak batteries and tired parts are replaced, not hidden.
